Asha N. Louis is a Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, and Prosci-certified change practitioner with more than 20 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and more than a decade specializing in organizational change.

Her experience spans technology, financial services, automotive, telecommunications, oil and gas, franchise operations, and higher education. She brings a structured, empathetic approach to helping leaders align stakeholders, manage risk, strengthen adoption, and move complex initiatives forward.
